We work on softcopies & hence prevent the usage of hard copy which seamlessly contributes to a paperless office. This prevents the leakage of data & also helps our ecosystem.
Technical evaluations are performed on a routine basis to make sure all system input devices like USB port, floppy drive & CD-Rom are disabled. Internet access is provided only to medical related sites thus avoiding access to personal emails like yahoo, hotmail & G-mail.
All the workstation machines/servers are totally protected with anti-virus, anti-malware, anti spyware, IDS & robust PIX firewalls.
